Jesca Nakalanzi is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management, auditing, and strategic planning. She currently serves as the Chief Finance Officer at RI Distributors Ltd and DT Logistics Ltd, where she oversees financial operations, reporting, compliance, and business strategy.
Jesca is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Advisor, bringing deep expertise in taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. She has a strong track record in leading finance teams, managing audits, and supporting executive decision-making through accurate and timely financial insights.
Prior to her current role, she held senior finance leadership positions at ALAM Group of Companies, including Group Finance Manager and Assistant Group Finance Manager, where she played a key role in financial strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency. She also served as a Group Internal Auditor, strengthening internal controls and risk management systems.
Jesca is proficient in IFRS reporting and financial systems such as Tally, ERP, and QuickBooks. Beyond her corporate work, she contributes to the accounting profession through her involvement with ICPAU committees and industry initiatives.
